Last month I was off on my adventures in America. One of  my first ports of call was the home of Spam

I then went for a little game of baseball in the field of dreams

Here is me at home plate

And here is me on the pitchers mound.

I also went to some other movie related places like the birthplace of the western actor....

Can you spot me in this one?

I also went to Ames home of Iowa State here is me hanging out with there mascot Cy

I also went to see other movie stars the bridges of Madison county.

My final stop in Iowa was the place the music died, the crash site of Buddy Holly, The big bopper, Richie Valens and their pilot Rodger Peterson.

Amsterdam to Austria and back again

I managed to hitch hike with Paddy down to Austria and Germany. I liked the speed on the autobahn in Germany but Paddy would not go any faster.

I arrived in snow in the mountains. Here is the view from the apartment.

It was a little cold for me being an amphibian but I was kept warm in the high mountains in Paddy's coat packet, here is me in the snowboarding.

Here is me playing in the snow.

Snowboarding is thirsty work.

Here is me in a town called Winkle, can you see me

Here is me in the nieuwstein castle

Here is the castle without me

from Penshaw to the world

After being born a Mackem, and a proud one at that, I decided it was time to see the world see where the boats made on the Wear went and where the cars made at the Nissan plant go. So I stowawayed when a family friend visited. He found me when he got back to the Netherlands.

Here I am looking at the train timetable to get to my new temporary home in the Netherlands

Here is me on the train,

it was a double decker  like this one:

look people on two levels, crazy
